Two ways to pay for Nuro, and nothing hidden in either. A clinic pays monthly for the patients on its roster. Someone using Nuro on their own pays through the App Store or Google Play.
Premium keeps your history backed up, lets you share it with a care team later, and turns on the AI features. Everything you have already logged stays yours either way, and nothing is ever deleted if you stop paying.

Billed by Apple or Google, not by us. Open Nuro, go to Settings and choose Pro. You cancel it the same way you cancel any other subscription on your phone, and the price includes the cut of up to 30% that the stores take on every in-app purchase.
One monthly bill for the patients actually on your roster. Every band includes the same clinical tools, at a lower per-patient rate as your roster grows. Your patients never pay.

A patient on your clinic roster with active status. Staff, removed patients and unaccepted invitations do not count, and the count is taken when your monthly invoice is prepared.
Zero patients means $0. There is no minimum charge and no mid-month charges or refunds when your roster changes.
No. A patient connected to a subscribing clinic gets the full app through their clinic. Premium is for people using Nuro on their own.
Yes. Clinics manage billing and cancellation from the dashboard, and cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the paid period. Individuals cancel from their App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Safety features are never withheld for billing reasons. Crisis support, the safety plan and care-team messaging stay available, nothing anyone has logged is ever deleted, and people can always read their own history.
